I initially didn't think that I needed a coordinator at first, since my vendors were already familiar with our wedding venue, but let me tell you, I was wrong!! You definitely need someone who can oversee the day's events while keeping YOUR preferences in mind -- Allison was exactly that person and served as our lead communicator between our vendors (hair, makeup, flowers, signage, DJ, baker, photographers) and the venue on the day of the wedding. There are so many small and unexpected questions and logistics that come up -- on the day of your wedding you don't want to be involved in ANY of that. If you're looking for someone who will take care of you on your wedding day, be sure to reach out to Allison. She was incredibly attentive, is an experienced wedding planner, and was easy to talk to! I had nothing to do except show up and enjoy the day -- Allison made everything stress free, so I had nothing to worry about (and no decisions to be made!). She is very organized and knows the area well. I felt completely at ease with her managing the day's events and we are both very grateful for her in making our wedding day go exactly as planned! I met with Allison in the weeks leading up to the wedding date; she reviewed all the items we were bringing, where we wanted them placed, and brought our personal items back to our hotel room. There is no better feeling than having an incredible wedding, walking back into your room, and seeing everything there for you so you can just enjoy time post-wedding without worrying about any logistics (I changed into flip flops and was so glad that she brought my wedding shoes back to the room from our reception! I didn't have to worry about a single thing.) Additionally, she took care of the transportation logistics, maintaining communication with the shuttle drivers so that we could start the wedding when everyone arrived. On your wedding day, you don't want to burden any family members with these tasks so that everyone can be fully present. She went above and beyond and we couldn't be more grateful for how much she helped our wedding day become the best day of our lives. I cannot recommend her enough!!”

Allison’s experience is critical to her success - she has seen it all when it comes to weddings and also seems to know everyone in the industry. The day of the rehearsal and the wedding, Allison was an absolute Rockstar. The rehearsal was easy and straightforward, and our families felt very comfortable with the plan, which put me and my husband at ease. On the wedding day, we were unexpectedly down a bartender. When Allison told me not to worry, I didn’t because I trusted her—and none of our guests noticed because Allison somehow took more on and helped the bartender. It also rained, which was not in the forecast. Allison rearranged the photographer schedule, which affected the rest of the schedule- it was like she did not even have to stop and think, she just knew what to do. She gave myself and my husband updates for the new plan and took every bit of worry away from us. She made the day seamless, easy, and stress free.
She worked incredibly hard; she did not stop moving for the entire ceremony and reception. She was on top of everything. When the wedding was dying down, Allison started breaking down what she could to help us be ready for the next day when the tent vendor arrived to collect rentals. She did nearly everything and gave me step by step instructions on what needed to be done the next day. I did not anticipate her help with that- it was so kind and thoughtful. The night of my wedding Allison made everything happen. With weddings come stress and unexpected challenges- Allison met these head on and managed them for us. When our first wedding venue cancelled due to Covid-19, we decided to have the wedding outdoors at my (the bride’s) parents home. My fiancée insisted that we hire a wedding coordinator so that I wouldn’t be running around like a madwoman on the day of the wedding. Then we met Allison! For some background, I am an intense planner (I’m a teacher, it comes with the territory). I plan everything down to the tiniest detail. Spreadsheets, photos, product pins, the works. I am extremely particular when it comes to the visual aesthetics, and I am also very type A. So, I needed someone who would be able to get things done and do them exceptionally well. I knew immediately upon meeting Allison that she fit the bill. No matter how much information I threw at her, she was ready to go. She asked questions I didn’t even know I should be asking (thank goodness), and she was always there to troubleshoot when things went wrong. The degree to which Covid threw a wrench into this wedding truly cannot be understated, and Allison was prepared for everything.
The day of the wedding was simply…perfect. Everyone was where they needed to be exactly when they needed to be there. The decorations were gorgeous. She managed my vendors with a firm but friendly demeanor that meant people did not hesitate to do what she asked. I had people walking up to me all night telling me how much they wished they had someone like Allison when they got married. Hiring Allison was easily the best thing we did in planning wedding. “My husband Dustin and I were married September 19, 2015. I had spent the year prior scouring Pinterest for every rustic chic barn wedding themed idea that I could find. I had a vision of exactly what I wanted for our day; down to the way the cake stands needed to look on our dessert table.

My eyes welled with tears when I finally stepped out of the ceremony and walked into our reception as I saw how everything had come together.

One of the my favorite moments when planning with Allison is when she came over for dinner and afterwards we sat down together and discussed my entire wedding plans from start to finish. During this time, she sat and typed up a timeline of what still needed to be done leading up the wedding all the way through to the last dance.
